When you purchase advertising space on this website, you do not 'own' any part of this website (the website, the company and/or any affiliates associated with the company) without exception, but rather you have been granted permission to advertise on this site.
We make no claims or guarantees for the length of time that this website will remain online, with the exception that this website will remain online for a minimum of five (5) years from its launch date.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance or upgrades, however should there be downtime for the previously mentioned reasons, we will do our best to keep this to an absolute minimum. In the event of downtime beyond our control (i.e. technical problems such as but not limited to server issues) we will do our best to resolve these issues in a timely fashion. In any event, we cannot be held responsible for any downtime that the website may experience.
Once the purchasing party has submitted their appropriate/desired content they wish to associate with their advertising campaign, such as images and the URL to their website, the content is final. Under special circumstances such as legal implications, we may make an exception to the originally submitted content being final. We make the ultimate decision whether a change is necessary/legitimate and will be processed, as well as reserves the right to reject any change requests/content.
Submitted advertising campaign content including both text and images may be changed and/or removed by us without prior notice, either before or after the respective content has been published.
After all of the required advertising campaign content (both text and images) have been received by us and the payment has cleared, we will aim to have your advertising campaign online within 24-48 hours. However with that said, we make no guarantee on an actual time frame as various uncontrollable and unforeseen factors may effect how quickly we are able to get your advertising campaign online.
Given the nature of the service(s) offered by us, once an advertising campaign has been purchased, the purchaser cannot receive, nor is entitled to a partial or full refund of any sort unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions.
Only after a payment has been received in full and cleared, as well as all payment details have been verified and deemed correct, will your advertising campaign (both text and images) appear on the website.
No obscene and/or offensive content, adult images/links, or illegal material will be accepted or tolerated. We ultimately have the final decision as to what is appropriate for the website. If any of the content you submit for your advertising campaign is rejected, you will be given the opportunity to provide an alternative. If an alternative is not provided to us, we will refund your money in full less 10% (used to compensate us for the time spent processing your purchase, having to re-list it and dealing with the issue) and the respective country will be placed for sale again.
If the content on the website that your advertising campaign is linked to changes to include obscene and/or offensive content, adult images/links, illegal material, or any other content that we deem inappropriate, your advertising campaign will be temporarily disabled. If the website linked to your advertising campaign forwards to another website, we may temporarily disable your advertising campaign. When an advertising campaign is temporarily disabled, all of the content relating to that advertising campaign will not be viewable on this website and an administrative note will be placed on the advertising campaign profile stating that the campaign has been removed. The advertising campaign owner will be granted 7 days to rectify the issue for which their advertising campaign was disabled or the campaign will be permanently disabled. If an advertising campaign is permanently disabled, the owner will not receive a partial or full refund and the respective country will be placed for sale again.
If for any reason in the future you wish to have your advertising campaign and all content related to it removed from this website, it will be removed with no questions asked. However with that said, you will not receive a partial or full refund and the country will be placed for sale again. Should you choose to once again advertise on this website', you will need to purchase a new advertising campaign.
Images must fit exactly within a country's boundaries, in which a template will be forwarded to the purchaser of the country to add their desired advertising image to. Should the image exceed these dimensions, there will be clipping/cropping of the said image and we will not be responsible for this.
You must be the legal owner or have the authority to provide the advertising campaign content for the website you submit. By purchasing an advertising campaign, you certify that you do in fact have the authority to provide any and all content and you are responsible for that said content and any repercussions that may come from breaking any of the terms and conditions.
All images submitted to us must be in GIF or JPEG/JPG format. Other formats will not by recognized and the default image provided by us will remain in the allocated and respective space.
Animated images are not permitted under any circumstances, as they would create a very unsightly and inconsistent website, as well as slow the loading times.
