Lesbian couple Sheila Schroeder and Kate Burns, along with their minister Rev. Mike Morran and a group of supporters, enter the Denver Clerk and Recorder's office to request a marriage license. When refused (according to state statues banning same-gender marriage), they sit-in to protest the unjust law and get arrested. Monday, September 24, 2007.
